Meet Dr. Chi
Anthony S. Chi, D.M.D., M.B.A., F.A.C.P.
Dr. Chi is a Board Certified Prosthodontist.
Dr. Chi received his undergraduate degree from Denison University (Granville, Ohio) and both his Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry and Masters in Business degrees from Temple University (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania). He completed a general practice residency at Faxton St. Luke’s Hospital as the chief resident (New Hartford, New York) and then obtained his certificate in advanced graduate studies in Prosthodontics at Tufts University graduating with honors (Boston, Massachusetts). In 2014, he served as one of the first fellows in the United States as part of the advanced digital and implant prosthodontics fellowship program (Boston, Massachusetts). Subsequently, he was selected to be apart of the prestigious International Team for Implantology as an ITI scholar, serving one year at the University of Belgrade (Belgrade, Serbia) in the Department of Oral Surgery.
Dr. Chi is a Diplomate of The American Board of Prosthodontics, a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists, and an active member of both the International Team for Implantology and The American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics.
He was a contributing author in the text book, Clinical Cases in Implant Dentistry, published in 2016 and has lectured nationally and internationally on topics of digital workflows, complete dentures, cosmetics, aesthetics, implant restorations, implant surgeries, full mouth rehabilitation and restorations.
Dr. Chi is a First Generation American of Korean descent; his given name is Sung Mean, but he has been called Anthony for as long as he can remember. He is fluent in conversational Korean.
He was born and raised in Washington State. In his free time, he enjoys running through Central Park, hiking with friends, traveling abroad, and experiencing new NYC restaurants as often as he can.
